1 · Client & Period
Both dates optional and independent. Leave both blank and each release runs its own natural window — from where its last report ended, up to now.
Set end only (recommended) and each release still continues from its own last report, but every report in the batch closes on the same date.
2 · Roster
Select a client.
Unchecking is remembered — it stays off for every future batch until you check it again.
